We conduct classes Monday to Saturday in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation. Drop Ins are welcome. We also offer private therapeutic sessions with Tibetan Singing Bowls, Massage, Acupuncture and Individualised Yoga Therapy. Beginning in 2011 we will offer Yoga Alliance accredited Yoga Teacher Training Courses conducted by Noah Mckenna and James Boag. Noah Mckenna is based at the Mystic School and regularly holds Yoga Anatomy workshops. We have a free Movie night once a week and often have dance and movement classes and Osho dynamic meditations.
