Our yoga centre provides yoga therapy as a best remedy to all kinds of ailments. We teach Asanas(postures),Pranayamas(breathing techniques),Mudras,Surya Namaskaras kriyas ,Bandhas,Meditation and advanced asanas, With a view to spread lightness on Yoga and bring health to all we started this class. Yoga is good for Stress Reduction -Improvement in Concentration -Helps in creating a better mind control -Better Heart conditioning -Greater Energy flowing through the body -Higher levels of Creativity and enthusiasm -Better Spiritual life -Better knowledge of the energy levels of the body, mind & soul, balances the two hemispheres of our brain.This Yoga centre is OPEN TO ALL. We have yoga classes Monday to Friday for Men & Women in the morning 5.30am to 6.30a.m and only women batch in the evening 5.00p.m. to 6.00p.m.& last batch for Men & Women from 6.00p.m. to 7.00p.m.We have also started Pregnancy Yoga during weekends.We conduct weekend Yoga for working professionals Morning 6am to 7pm at our MS Palya,Vidyaranyapura Branch.
