Yoga Praise provides small group and private lessons in Hatha Yoga, that are tailored to client medical needs and fitness goals. Students meet in their homes or at a local studio. Sessions cost $50/ 90 minute session and include a free consult. Yoga Praise also conducts training for school teachers, providing instruction centered upon mindfulness, breathing, and brain-based learning. Workshops are provided for $150/hour.
