This Hatha Yoga class helps you reach your natural state of Hapiness; Harmony and Bliss. It's about: Allowing and letting go Breathing deeply and freely so your body cleanses and purifies Correcting your posture Building up your core strength Strenthening your back. Come along to join us on Monday evenings to kick start your week, where your spirit connects with your mind and your body; and you become at one with the Universe Classes will restart as from September. Every Monday at 18.15 Classes are open for ALL LEVELS ;-) I am Certified yoga teacher by the Yoga Academie in Aalst -Belgium- (500hrs) , at the Yoga Institute in Nasik, India.
