Daily group classes in Vinyasa and Hatha styles of yoga asana practice for adults, children and pregnant women. Complementing the asana practice is instruction in Meditation, Mudras, Mantras, and Pranayama. Vidasi also offers workshops and retreats on meditation, yoga philosophy, vegetarianism, and holistic living. Private individual and group classes are also available. All teachings and programs are available in Spanish or English (or both).
