Wisdom Method Yoga + Wellness {Kellie Adkins, M.Sc., ERYT500, CYT750, RPYT, RCYT} offers retreat-style yoga teacher trainings, and private, semi-private, group, and therapeutic yoga sessions in the central Florida area. Wellness services including Ayurveda, healthy cooking classes, and wellness coaching {phone or Skype}. Visit our lakeside retreat center for a training, continuing education, or an Ayurvedic wellness retreat. We offer a 305-hr VINYASA, AYURVEDA, + MINDFULNESS teacher training {200-hr Yoga Alliance registered}, a 120-hr RESTORATIVE, YIN, + NIDRA teacher training, an 85-hr PRENATAL YOGA Teacher training {Yoga Alliance registered}, a 700-hr YIN, YANG, + AYURVEDA YOGA THERAPY training {500-hr Yoga Alliance registered}, and a 95-hr YOUTH YOGA teacher training. Trainings taught in the central Florida area are retreat-style and include Ayurvedic meals.
