We are a community based yoga studio offering classes for all ages and levels. We have a teacher training program, our program is recognized by the Yoga Alliance as R.Y.T. 200. The teacher training program is comprehensive and will allow graduates to feel comfortable teaching in many settings and in different styles. Sheree Nicholson, Studio Director E-RYT 500 teaches the course. We now offer a RYT 500 Teacher Training program, become a sought after senior teacher. Expand your practice and your knowledge.
