Located in the Wellness Center at The Vogue St.Matthews. We offer a variety of Hot Yoga classes 7 days per week. Bikram, Hot Vinyasa, Power Yoga, warm yoga and Hot Pilates. Gorgeous Hot yoga studio with a warm and inviting staff. Knowledgable certified yoga instruction in a non competitive environment. Class options to fit any schedule or fitness level. All classes are done in a heated room. Please come to class well hydrated. Persons with sensitivity to the heat, pregnant women or people on certain medications should check with your physician before attending.
