I teach mostly Beginner mainstream hatha yoga classes based in Iyengar alignment and with the use of props. I also have Sivananda and Kripalu backgound. Most yoga classes include centering, pranayama, meditation, asana and a variety of relaxation techniques, including Yoga Nidra. I teach yoga therapy to people recovering from addiction and private classes for injured clients or clients recovering from illness or stress. I also teach Prenatal Belly Dance classes, as well as the Belly Dance Core Workout and Eastern Dance Fun Fusion (a mix of Bollywood and Bellydance). I have been teaching since 1997 and practicing since 1978. I also offer Ayurvedic Consultations.
