Welcome to CorePower Yoga and thank you for your interest in yoga and our studio. We ask that you let go of any preconceived notions about yoga. Dismiss your old ideas about the limits of body and mind and cross the threshold to a new experience. CorePower Yoga was built on the philosophy that yoga is for everyone. We provide and encouraging environment in which all levels and abilities can practice yoga. We offer CorePower Yoga (vinyasa), Hot Yoga, Sculpt and Hot Power Fusion. We maintain a staff of certified, practiced instructors that offer a range of yoga that will strengthen the body, focus the mind, and awaken the spirit. All classes take place in a heated studio and are a challenging, fun training that produce extraordinary results. Students can take classes and use their yoga packages at any of our locations nationwide.
