Iyengar Classes, retreats and workshops. All teachers are committed and inspired by their constant training and practise in the Iyengar system. All classes are suitable for all body types and ages. Injuries and well being is always taken into account for each individual who attends classes at the Byon Yoga Lounge. Yoga gifts and clothing is also available via the website.
