South Perry Yoga, founded in 2006, is an intimate community studio situated in the heart of the historic South Perry neighborhood, nestled next to Grant Park on Spokane's lower South Hill. Our classes are inspired by the Iyengar tradition, rooted in alignment principles, and use of props as to 'bring the pose home', recognizing individual expression. Beginning/intermediate Hatha Yoga, restorative, Vinyasa Flow, children's classes, Tia Chi, Nia, and private Therapeutic Yoga sessions are offered.
