Yoga Oasis studio is located in a recently constructed studio attached to a residence. Much of the construction is eco-friendly, including eco timber floors over radiant heat. The owner, Debbie Mathew teaches alignment based Hatha Yoga classes, from beginning to advanced. Other offerings include breath work, meditation, themed workshops and retreats. The studio offers merchandise for sale: mats, blocks, eyebags, belts, bolsters and more. Drop ins welcome.
