I'm a yoga therapist certified through Yoga Vidya Dham in Nasik India. Private and group classes available. I am also a certified Prenatal yoga teacher currently imparting Prenatal Yoga classes at the Yoga Motion Studio at the Emerson in Bozeman and Therapeutic yoga at the Breathing Room in Livingston. I will also begin an Infant Massage Course shortly in Bozeman. I offer Traditional Thai Massage and Hypnobirthing courses . Please call for appointments.
