Yoga with Megan is a relaxed, open, and welcoming class for students of all abilities. Class starts with Megan asking about any particular needs (sore shoulders, stress relief, back pain, etc). Postures are chosen based on these needs, so each class is different. Instructions are given for gentle, moderate, or vigorous options-you choose what your body needs. The focus is on listening to your own body/mind, rather than getting a pose
