Gaeliel Prathna Kaur Apostolou is the Director of the Arizona Association of Kundalini Yoga Teachers and an active Kundalini yoga teacher within her community. She focuses on personal training sessions, creating a yoga practice and meditation specific to each individual, helping her students gain a higher consciousness in life, leading to a happy, healthy, here in the moment way of living. Gaeliel teaches weekly classes around the valley and private classes. She also teaches Chakra Awakening workshops combined with the technology of Naad, sound current through the use of the gong. Gaeliel's ultimate goal is to help others gain a healing, balanced method of living, allowing them to reach their ultimate potential and enjoy every moment of their life!
