I teach yoga in an eclectic style mixing the above mentioned yoga traditions together. I have a beginners class for people who had a little experience or nothing at all,and Level 2 classes for those who has been practicing asana and pranayama for at least for a year on a regular weekly basis. I am a fully qualified British Wheel of Yoga Teacher. Also teaching one to one sessions in Norwich and Dunston. Please call before visiting my classes as they book up quickly!
