I teach a class that is very open to the specific needs and desires of each student. Whether one comes to the mat to strengthen, stretch and reconnect with their body or to invite breath and relaxation into their life and let go of the stresses of the day, I create sequences that are intuitive to their particular needs. The goal is to invite the student to 'own' their practice.
