Patricia is a 500-hour ERYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance. She became a certified Integral Yoga teacher in 1975. Her training consist of Restorative/Therapeutic Yoga, Adaptive Yoga for MS and Integrative Yoga Therapy. She specializes in seniors and children. Private or Group lessons are available.
