Classes are gentle enough for every fitness level but vigorous enough to offer a light work out. With a focus on the breath and proper alignment of the poses, each student can explore the poses in a way that works best for him/her. Class begins and ends with focused breathing to help center the mind and decrease stress. Private/semi-private classes offered at your location (home, office, church, community clubhouse) or our location.
