(The first session would be a free trial class) The name of my organization is Satya Yoga ---as all the practices involved in the class makes use of reality/truth which is experienced within. It avoids any kind of imagination. I teach Raja Yoga, hatha yoga and dynamic Yoga.
Structure of my Yoga class: A. Each Yoga class is divided into 4 parts: ---a. Loosening Exercises ---b. Asanas/Postures ---c. Pranayama ---d. Dhyana
B.Theoretical knowledge is given to complement the Practical aspect of Yoga.
C.Deep Breathing and Relaxation in between the Postures and Loosening Exercises is an important part of the classes.
D.Along with breathing awareness, body consciousness remains the focus during the whole practice. It helps practitioners to stay in the present moment.
E.Appropriate Vyayama, Asanas and Pranayama are taught on the basis of different age groups, medical history, body type, gender etc.
F.Asanas or postures are practiced with stillness and with a stress-free face. A practitioner observes deep breathing and stays for long time in all the postures.
G.Shava asana (corpse posture) for 5 to 10 minutes has proved to be very relaxing and rejuvenating for most of the practitioners.
H.Last 10 to 15 minutes of the class are devoted to meditation.
