I'm a licensed social worker and also am a certified kundalini yoga instructor. I am available for classes as well as individual instruction to help customize something for your own particular situation. I have given continuing credit workshops in the past for therapists on the application of yoga, breathing and meditation for depression, anxiety and stress issues. You can organize something with a group of friends or people in your condo community and contact me. There are wonderful benefits for health, mood stability and energy.
