Jenny Colebourne's Illium Center of Light is situated in a beautiful old townhouse in one of the greenest areas of Athens. It was established in 1980. Yoga classes offered include Hatha Yoga with Sacred Sound,Yoga with Flow and Focus, Pre and post natal yoga Ashtanga Yoga as well as teacher training.The Center also offers Refined Pilates and teacher training. Therapies include Reiki treatments, Cranial sacral therapy, massage, Reflexology and Sacred Sound treatments. Reiki and Sacred Sound seminars are offered on a regular basis as well as Reiki mastership. Jenny herself has been teaching since 1975.
