Regular drop-in classes for all ages and abilities. Class includes asana, pranayama, yoga nidra. Every tuesday 7.30 to 9pm Castle Hall, Castle Road, Rayleigh. Every Thursday 10am to 11.30am same venue as above. One-to-one yoga therapy sessions available. Pregnancy yoga 7.30 to 8.30 from 16 weeks to birth in Rayleigh every Monday night at same venue as above. Places can be pre-booked or drop in.
