We are a boutique studio in the hear of Great Neck. We offer a comprehensive schedule of classes and private sessions for everyone of all ages and levels: kids, teens and adults. yoga spiritual healing, and a healing dance circle. We also have women only classes. We offer a free class for new students to our studio. (excluded are kids/teen and prenatal classes)
