Layo Yoga is a Manchester based yoga company passionate about improving health and wellbeing. It is designed to be practised by all regardless of age, ability and fitness level. Layo Yoga works holistically taking its influence from Dru Yoga. This is a graceful and potent form of yoga based on flowing sequences, classic postures, directed breathing and visualisation where dynamic spinal flow and core stability are central. With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition it works on creating a healthy body, mind and spirit.
