We are the first yoga studio in this up coming neighborhood in Queens. We started about two years ago and we expending now to offer more classes. We offer classes for the beginners, intermediate and advanced students, therapeutic yoga and more. We are open 5 days a week. We also offer other physical exercises: aerobics. We rent mats, we have all props and beautiful big room to practice. First time students first class for free or $30/30 days. Check our workshops.
