For over twenty years, Wendy Sherry has avidly studied mind/body/spirit awareness. Wendy is a native Chicagoan who was introduced to yoga while attending Illinois State University. In 2001, Wendy began to study under the guidance of Drs. Deepak Chopra and David Simon, co-founders of The Chopra Center in Carslbad, CA. She currently offers courses in Ayurveda, Meditation, and Yoga. Corporate, Group, and Private courses are available.
