At the Self Centre we specialize in Prenatal yoga and Ashtanga yoga. Our prenatal classes focus on body and breath awareness as well as connecting with other mom's-to-be and most importantly with our unborn babies. We practice poses that move with the moms changing bodies. Our Ashtanga class can be a more vigorous routine, using a flowing sequence of postures to generate body heat, which purifies the body through sweating and deep breathing. Classes are modified for all student levels. Natasha infuses her decade long practice with her dance training for an invigorating yet focused experience. At the Self Centre we practice balance through movement and breath.
