Gotta Yoga is about offering a sacred space to practice that is for all ages and life stages. We are committed to creating a community of sharing and caring yogis to educate,enable and empower others to find the mind/body/spirit connection. All of our teachers are RYT-certified at the 200 or 500 hour level. Between our two locations, we offer over 70 classes a week in a variety of styles, as well as specialty workshop offerings an 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings.
