The Refuge Meditation Group is an active contemplative community in Shreveport, LA. We believe that the spiritual path is about relaxing into our humanity. It is our intention to teach meditative practices that facilitate such a movement, and to cultivate a more creative and sustainable community through mindful and compassionate participation.
