Yogi*ni offers several different Yoga classes in the city of Gent: ranging from hatha, vinyasa to prenatal and postnatal yoga. The main focus is on finding balance. Postures will be flowing together with breath to purify body and spirit. Classes are in Dutch but we are always very happy to welcome English speaking students! We will then combine Dutch and English.
