Our classes are located in Newmarket and Bradford. Alan's classes provide an excellent Classical Hatha Yoga workout. Every class includes exercises for flexibility, strength, cleansing and deep relaxation. Techniques for increasing your energy level and managing stress are practiced, including meditation. Alan is a certified Yoga instructor with 25 years of personal practice experience. Classes are non-competitive. Whether you have an interest in improving a physical problem such as lower back pain, or an emotional difficulty such as managing stress Yoga can help you. Yoga is that it is a system that addresses human development at a physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual level.
