Our main focus is to show all styles of yoga, so the students may decide which method its the correct to their body in vibration or/and phisical conditions. The duration of the clases are of an hour fifteen minutes and we recomend to come on white and already showered. The center is well equipped with blocks, yoga belts, yoga blankets, balls, bamboo sticks, yoga chairs and yoga mats. WE ASURE YOU?LL HAVE FUN DOING THE DISCIPLINE!!!
