Sri Sri Yoga Workshop is a unique 6-day program which introduces participants to a way of healthy and happy living. Through a combination of Yoga Postures, Breathing Techniques, Meditation, and Yogic Knowledge the workshop leads to not only physical fitness, but also helps to relieve stress, increase energy level, and improve concentration. Special attention is given to principles of healthy diet based on the ancient science of Ayurveda. During the Workshop participants develop a personal yoga practice best suitable for their current condition and life style, that they can practice at home.
