Ashtanga Charlottesville is now offering teacher training at the 200&500 hour level. Artfully combining the intellectual with the experiential, this program provides instruction in asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra, anatomy, philosophy, physical adjustments, and other topics to deepen students' practice and increase their confidence in teaching. Yoga Alliance approved, CEUs offered, lodging available.
