On August 15, 2012, Yoga Centers changed its name to Alive & Shine Center! We know of no more worthy goal than to come alive and shine, with love, joy and light! As a learning center teaching balanced successful living, we offer classes, workshops and lectures on alignment-based yoga, heart-centered meditation and healthy living.
