Offering a Yoga Class that blends classical Hatha Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine. The practice is designed to bring harmony throughout the change and flow of seasons. We cool down in summer, warm-up in winter, bend side-ways in spring, open our chests in autumn, and center during the transition time between seasons. We practice asana (posture), pranayama (breathing), bandha (energy lock), mudra (subtle posture). nidra (deep relaxation), dhyana (meditation) and silence. Classes March through October.
