Create Your Dream is a non-profit organization that facilitates life change experientially with meditation and yoga classes, personal growth/adventure retreats, life coaching, women's groups and writing workshops. Issues that are given special attention are depression, stress management and life purpose discovery. Integral to all programs is the essence of yoga practice: creating union between mind, body and spirit to reach our true nature, pure unbounded consciousness.
