By using Yoga techniques called Kriyas (sequences of movements), coupled with sound, breathing and moments of stillness; students who arrive stressed and anxious and in pain ,leave happy, balanced, uplifted and peaceful. Practicing Kundalini or StressAce Yoga awakens us to our own possibilities where living in happiness can be a daily event. “Kundalini” is a Sanskrit word that translates as “curl or coiled” and is energy inside our bodies, specifically in and along our spinal column. Kundalini energy is dormant energy that we all possess but often have difficulty recognizing and using it in our daily life. All human beings contain these energies which remain dormant in our bodies if not awakened, thus resulting in a variety of ways such as illness, imbalances, lethargy and unhappiness and physical pain.
