Sibylle is Ireland's first Jivamukti Yoga teacher and is excited to bring this challenging practice to Dublin with a series of classes, workshops and immersions. Known for her passionate and down-to-earth style of teaching, Sibylle's classes integrate dynamic vinyasa flow, meditation, visualisation and the philosophical aspects of yoga to create an inner journey towards empowerment and optimum health. She strongly believes, that, if Yoga is taught and practiced correctly, it can touch and change our life in miraculous ways. Sibylle has taught classes and workshops in Canada, Germany and Ireland.
