We at the Yogic lounge invite you to take time out of your busy life and take a yoga, meditation or dance class that will change your life. We invite you to come in and relax, renew and tap in to your mind-body-spirit awareness with a practice that cultivates trust, connection and playfulness. We treat all students' young and old with respect and compassion; all who come are seen as divine beings, respected for who they are and where they are on their own mental, physical and spiritual journey. We strive to honor each individuals needs and assist in the awakening of each human spirit. Our highest aim is to bring individuals into a state of union with themselves and each other and in turn the world as a whole. We hope to offer a friendly yoga Kula (family) with a sense of community devoted to health, personal growth and laughter for all who enter theYogicLounge space.
