This is a classic Iyengar Yoga class, the only one of it's kind in Bushey, Watford, Stanmore, Elstree, Borehamwood and surrounding area. Iyengar yoga is an asana ( posture) based class with an emphasis on attention to detail within the postures. You will learn about your own responses to the postures and therefore gain a deeper knowledge of yourself and yoga through regular practise. Tuesday Evenings......... Time: 8pm - 9.30 pm ( 1. 5 hours) At: Whitby Hall, St Hilda's school, Bushey High Street, Bushey, WD23 3DA Mondays........
