Metta in Motion offers a variety of Yoga Classes, Thai Massage Classes. Thai Massage Sessions are also available. Mia When I was very young Lillias Follan was PBS teaching yoga. I loved her teaching and how loving and kind she was. I knew that if I ever taught Yoga I wanted my classes to be as loving and kind as her PBS show. I had been teaching yoga for seven years before I went to do my Yoga Teacher training in Asheville North Carolina, and two years later I went back to do my Vinyasa Teacher Training. I combine my knowledge of Vinyasa, Iyengar, Yin, Restorative and Thai Massage to create a Yoga class that is balanced and is beneficial to everyone. I do adjustments in my classes so you will be in proper alignment and are comfortable and at ease in a pose. Stop by our studio and try a class or receive a Thai Massage.
