A 12 weeks course where we prepare your body for labour and giving birth. With easy yoga exercises we will gain flexibility and help your body to open up to make it easier to give birth and to recover quicker after the baby is born. Other classes are: * Shambala pregnancy and labour workshop {with partners} * Shambala Post Natal yoga classes for mums with their babies * Shambala Baby Massage course 4 weeks after the baby is born * CNT - abdominal healing massage to strenghten and energize the body after birth
