Yoga Mala- Yoga and Cultural Immersion Retreats

Yoga Mala offers cultural immersions and adventure travel experiences involving the expanding world of yoga. Adam and Laura Weiss lead intimate retreats in some of the most beautiful locations in the world. We travel to the olive groves and hill towns of Umbria, paddle kayaks and surf the Pacific in Costa Rica, and hike to the summits of glacial lakes in the Canadian Rockies. Most recently, we have added an extraordinary getaway to our bed and Breakfast hosting Yoga Mala Hudson Valley. Making honey and pickles, tasting local wines of the region after a day of hiking or cycling accompanied by daily yoga lessons. Laura has a strong foundation in Vinyasa flow (movement guided by breath). She infuses ancient and contemporary spiritual teachings, poetry, storytelling, pranayama and chanting into her daily classes We are passionate about creating unique and magical retreats with spectacular landscapes for Yoga Mala guests.
