I teach classes and personal one to one sessions in and around Slough, Maidenhead, Windsor, Eton, Ascot, Warfield, Bracknell & Binfield. Contact me for details. I have been involved in the fitness industry for nearly a decade and bring experience in body conditioning & personal training, as well as Yoga. I am a British of Wheel of Yoga trained teacher. I try and take an approach to Yoga that lets the students practice grow at the rate that they are comfortable with. My own continuing study of Yoga has, very successfully, taken this approach. Learning from different instructors and allowing one style and method of teaching, to compliment my own also adds variety and furthers experience.
