The Awareness Center is located in Newark, DE in the Market East Plaza shopping center, behind Newark Natural Foods and across from the Newark Arts Alliance. We offer a variety of classes in yoga, meditation, and Chi Gung (the latter is a Chinese form of movement meditation). Private sessions in rolfing (structural realignment of the body) are available by appointment. Our instructors draw on many years of practice and training in their respective traditions to shape their teaching and guide students in their own practices.
