Amelia offers Kundalini Yoga classes and is currently moving locations, but offers private classes and Yoga Party events. The vision is to bring Yoga to minority groups and to deliver the message of Yoga to all who seek it. Each class is an hour and a half long and is based on the teachings of Yogi Bhajan who brought Kundalini Yoga to the west. In each class the students will experience yogic postures, deep relaxation and peaceful meditation.
