Heidi teaches a variety of yoga styles, including prenatal, postnatal, restorative, vinyasa flow, gentle, toddler and me, and kundalini yoga. Her instruction blends the metaphysical aspects of yoga with her love for creative movement, playful expression, and awakened breathing. She creates a positive space where every student can feel safe and empowered to open the door to emotional and physical well-being.
